Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a motivated Retail Support Merchandiser in Palatka, FL. This independent contractor role involves ongoing store support and project-based merchandising to enhance customer experiences and brand presentation.

You will stock and merchandise, execute displays, build relationships with store teams, ensure planogram compliance, and report results via mobile tools. Flexible hours and a competitive $16-$18 hourly rate are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move in retail environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and may lift heavier objects with assistance.
• Planogram experience is a plus; smartphones and reporting apps are used for daily updates.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
