Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Starke, FL to support store teams with ongoing merchandising projects and brand presentation. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and the chance to impact customer experiences through hands-on merchandising and timely reporting.

You will travel to partner stores, execute planograms, build displays, and submit photo reports via mobile tools.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with store teams.
Detail-oriented with merchandising and visual presentation.
Planogram experience is a plus.
Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
