Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser for Marianna, FL. This independent contractor role combines ongoing store support with project‑based merchandising initiatives that directly impact the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is self‑starter who works independently, builds strong partnerships with store teams, and executes merchandising projects with accuracy and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in cold store areas.
• Smartphones required for reporting (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
