Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Avon Park, FL to support ongoing store projects and merchandising initiatives across leading brands. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, project-based hours, and an hourly pay range of $16-$18 based on market and experience.

You will stock, set up displays, ensure planograms, report back with photos via mobile tools, and build strong relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms; familiarity with reporting apps on smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
