Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead Palantir Foundry technical delivery for a federal health payment integrity modernization initiative. The role drives architecture, configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements for a Foundry-based operating environment integrating claims, payments, workflows, and analytics.

The ideal candidate combines deep Palantir Foundry expertise with data architecture and integration leadership, plus strong security and compliance

Formación

• Ten or more years in data engineering or enterprise data architecture with delivery leadership.
• Seven or more years with hands-on Palantir Foundry design, development, and deployment.
• Experience leading Palantir Foundry developers and architects in enterprise, large-scale implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Palantir Foundry technical lead for architecture, configuration, and quality.
• Translate federal health requirements into scalable Foundry solutions and roadmap.
• Lead development of Foundry pipelines, Ontology, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Govern data models connecting claims, remittances, providers, pricing data, and findings.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, lineage, and quality controls.
