Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Associate Director to serve as the Palantir Foundry technical lead for a major federal health payment integrity modernization initiative.

This role will provide hands‑on technical leadership for the design, configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of a Palantir Foundry‑based operating environment that connects healthcare claims, payments, referrals, authorizations, providers, pricing logic, rules, analytics, workflows, dashboards, and

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related leadership roles.
• 7+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry design, development and deployment.
• Experience leading Palantir Foundry teams on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Core Palantir Foundry capabilities including data ingestion, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, and deployment.
• Experience designing and governing batch, incremental, and real-time pipelines.
• Experience integrating Palantir Foundry with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
• Experience with security, privacy, access control, auditability, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark; working knowledge of JS/TS/Java.

Mansioni

• Serve as Palantir Foundry technical lead for architecture, configuration, and quality.
• Translate federal health requirements into scalable Foundry solutions and roadmap.
• Lead development of Foundry pipelines, ontology, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Design healthcare data models connecting claims, payments, providers, and pricing data.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, lineage, and quality controls for batch and near-real-time processing.
• Guide implementation of rules, analytics, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure secure, auditable, scalable platform operations and release governance.
• Lead design reviews, Agile planning, testing, and production deployment.
• Provide technical direction to Palantir developers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Partner with federal clients and security stakeholders to resolve technical decisions and risks.
• Mentor staff and grow Guidehouse Palantir capability with reusable assets.
