Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Associate Director to serve as the Palantir Foundry technical lead for a major federal health payment integrity modernization initiative.

This role provides hands-on leadership for design, configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of a Foundry-based operating environment connecting claims, payments, providers, pricing, rules, analytics, workflows, and audit trails.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years in data engineering/architecture with leadership responsibilities.
• 7+ years Palantir Foundry development experience.
• Experience leading Palantir Foundry teams through architecture and deployment.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry capabilities: ingestion, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, analytics.
• Experience designing and governing data pipelines and data models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Palantir Foundry technical lead for architecture, configuration, and quality.
• Translate federal health requirements into scalable Foundry solutions and roadmap.
• Lead development of Foundry data pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Design healthcare data models linking claims, providers, pricing, and outcomes.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, lineage, and quality controls.
• Guide implementation of rules, analytics, anomaly detection, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure secure, auditable, and production-ready platform operations.
• Lead design reviews, Agile planning, testing, and deployments.
• Provide direction to Palantir developers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Collaborate with federal clients and security stakeholders to resolve risks.
• Mentor staff and grow Guidehouse Palantir capability.
