CGS is seeking a skilled Palantir Field Service Representative to join our team. You will support Palantir's implementation teams, strengthen client relationships, and work alongside analysts to train and mentor users.

Job Responsibilities Will Include
  1. Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  2. Train analysts/operators in classroom and operational settings.
  3. Staff the Help Desk, respond to user requests, and collaborate with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
  4. Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product.
  5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Technical background with knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration. Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required; experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry is a plus.
  2. Strong knowledge of Excel.
  3. Military, Law Enforcement, or Special Operations experience is a plus.
  4. Active TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.
  5. Ability to travel domestically up to 25% as needed.
