• Minimum two years’ experience with youth and young adults in human services.
• Minimum two years’ experience in child welfare or related field.

• Provide PAL services to eligible youth and young adults.
• Engage youth in identifying goals related to education, career, housing, financial stability, health, and relationships.
• Deliver life-skills training, coaching, and individualized support for independence.
• Assist youth in developing transition plans with goals and action steps.
• Promote youth voice and participation in service planning.
• Document services, contacts, assessments, referrals, progress, and outcomes; maintain records.
• Coordinate youth conferences, workshops, and PAL activities.
• Build relationships with employers, educators, and community partners.
• Support monitoring and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness.
