Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of lean principles strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assigns positions or directions to team for the workday.
• Ensures training occurs and time for training is available; validates competencies of team members.
• Acts as the outgoing quality gate.
• Works through problems with cross functional teams/departments.
• Conducts standard work audits and 5S audits.
• Maintains and updates the Q Board daily and coordinates department participation.
• Provides interview and onboarding support.
• Follows leader standard work.
• Other duties as assigned.
