Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a PVC Workflow Coordinator for the 2nd shift on the paintline. The role oversees daily production activity, maintains workflow, and supports department goals.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with a shift differential provided. The candidate will manage process boards, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely output while also handling administrative duties like contributing to Q-boards and daily communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of lean principles strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Owns the process boards and reviews past due items.
• Flow one job staging; identify and navigate bottlenecks; pacing product/flow.
• Training responsibilities for others; participate in daily team huddles; communicate disruptions.
