The role may rotate through stations on the paint line, with a four-day workweek and occasional overtime on Mondays. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, production documents, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Previous powder coating or paint line experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts and components on the paint line.
• Inspect painted products for runs, sags, missed areas, and other quality issues.
• Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow quality and safety procedures throughout the production process.
• Assist at different workstations as assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
