Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for a Paint Line Parts Handler position with a local manufacturing company in Strafford, MO. You will play an important role ensuring painted parts meet quality standards and are handled correctly along the production process.

The role may rotate through stations on the paint line, with a four-day workweek and occasional overtime on Mondays. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, production documents, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Previous powder coating or paint line experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts and components on the paint line.
• Inspect painted products for runs, sags, missed areas, and other quality issues.
• Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow quality and safety procedures throughout the production process.
• Assist at different workstations as assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
