Job Description: Sales and Project Manager, Residential Division

We are looking to hire a Sales and Project Manager for our Residential Division. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of growth and leadership with specific expertise in the commercial painting industry.

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Creating an amazing experience for our customers through the full process of their project.
• Problem-solving, which frees everyone up to excel in their roles
• Network to generate new leads.
• Contact leads, meet with prospective customers onsite to accurately estimate cost of jobs and services.
• Follow up with prospective customers in order to finalize the sale.
• Ability to hit monthly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) with a goal of closing 50% of leads given to you.
• Coordinating with customers and crews from the initial lead to the completion of the project and beyond.
• Compile and confirm the scope and timeline of the project. Use checklists and change orders to effectively manage the job
• Ensure that projects run smoothly, everyone is on the same page from start to finish and any issues are addressed taken care of in a timely manner
• Ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on all estimates.
• Follow through with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with the project and request payment, google reviews, referrals and future projects ideas.
• 10+ years as a paint estimator and or project manager
• Specific experience in residential painting is required
• Understanding of the paint products, process and able to effectively communicate with crews and customers
• Must have the ability to utilize technology
