Job summary

Inn at Bay Harbor is seeking a full-time, year-round Painter to prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, and manage supplies. You will source brushes and materials, handle work orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion.

You will work with other departments to minimize daily operation disruptions and maintain high-quality finishes across a variety of surfaces. Experience in prep, patching, and texture recreation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in prep and painting across different surfaces.
• Ability to source paints and supplies as needed.
• Willingness to follow supervisor direction and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with timelines and clear communication.
• Take direction from supervisor and complete tasks by priority.
• Coordinate with other departments to avoid disruption.
• Prep surfaces, patch holes, and mix/apply paints.
• Protect floors and furnishings during painting.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding for high areas.
• Finish textures and effects as required.
