Job summary

The painter is responsible for the maintenance of all interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel, casino and back of house team member areas. Responsible for any on-site buildings, structures, and walls and traditional finishes.

This role requires 4–6 years of painting experience and the ability to follow safety policies, color-match work, and work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in good working condition equipment and tools in paint shop using accepted practices.
• Utilize available resources to accomplish daily tasks.
• Take a proactive approach in using Best Practices in painting and repair of assigned projects.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations using best practices.
• Complete assigned projects to accepted standards on time using tools and materials provided.
• Protect Pechanga Resort & Casino assets and maintain confidentiality and integrity on site.
