DUTIES:

• Visit 4+ jobsites every day
• Repair damage on the job site while providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Employ creativity in various settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and construction sites
• Use outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenants
• Keep progress updated in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Consult support team on any issues or questions
• Follow the 5-step repair process and master your toolkit
• Think outside the box for unique repairs

We are looking for someone with experience in painting—interior, exterior, or visual arts. Knowledge of color and paint application will aid in color matching during repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Practical experience in a hands-on trade, construction, manufacturing, or painting; personal hobbies may also qualify
• Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial
