Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Completion of a vocational painting, carpentry, or related trade program is preferred.
• Certification in painting, construction, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine painting requirements and assist in project decisions.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, filling holes, and sanding until smooth.
