Job summary

Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain and improve the appearance of our senior living campus. This on-site role supports a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff while contributing to our culture of care and excellence.

You will prepare surfaces, apply paint with brushes and rollers, follow safety regulations, and collaborate with departments to promote a welcoming community. A high school diploma and painting experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous painting experience required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local skilled nursing regulations.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Life Safety standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Commitment to Fellowship Community's RISE Core Values and customer service standards.
• Successful completion of orientation and pre-hire assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting and removing/reinstalling fixtures as needed.
• Protecting work areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings.
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Working from ladders and scaffolding when necessary.
• Following OSHA, EPA, Life Safety, and other applicable regulations.
• Responding professionally to service requests with respect and care for residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborating with other departments to promote a safe and welcoming community.
