Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Painter to take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects across multiple properties. The role offers hourly pay plus commission per completed paint job, with travel across communities.

You will perform make-ready painting, drywall repairs, patching, and finish work, ensuring move-in ready standards while working independently with support from a strong maintenance team.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional painting experience required.
• Multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong drywall repair and finishing skills.
• Basic carpentry skills required (advanced skills a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple units/deadlines.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).

What You’ll Do

• Multi-site position (travel required ~25-50%)
• On-call availability as needed
