Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painters to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. The starting wage is $18 an hour and a 4-day work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM with overtime as needed.

You will operate and maintain painting equipment, strictly follow procedures, and work as part of a team to meet daily production goals while upholding AriensCo's core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Must complete respirator questionnaire

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
• Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate
