AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. Starting wage is $18 an hour with a 4‑day work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 AM–3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Must complete respirator questionnaire
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote AriensCo Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team with responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
• Handle raw materials and/or parts and place in designated location
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Adhere to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively
