Job summary

AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN seeks a self-starting Painter to join our team painting outdoor power equipment. Starting wage is $18 an hour with a 4-day Mon–Thu schedule from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM, OT as needed.

You will operate painting equipment, follow specs, and work as part of a collaborative team within a safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates are able to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 35 pounds, wear PPE, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Desire for personal development and growth.
• Must complete respirator questionnaire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools.
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications.
• Work as part of a team painting outdoor power equipment.
• Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals.
