Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Manchester, IA! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture and up fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control and “Keeping America’s Roads Safe!”

We offer a NIGHT SHIFT - 3:30 PM to 1:30AM with a 20-minute paid lunch. Our package includes PTO, holiday pay, quarterly incentives, 401(k), medical benefits and more to support your growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shop Math proficiency required.
• Set up and operate machines listed in the Job Description above.
• Understand weld inspection.
• Know types and gauges of steel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the painting equipment listed in the description.
• Mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

NIGHT SHIFT - 3:30 PM to 1:30AM - 20-minute paid lunch

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Painters are responsible for the set-up and operation of the following equipment: cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, Hydra-Cat mixing equipment. Painters are also responsible for mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Painters may be assigned other related duties other than those herein specified.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing
• Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
