You will surface prep, paint, and drywall repair across resident apartments, care units, and campus spaces while assisting with general maintenance and room turnovers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional painting experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Ability to patch drywall, caulk, and color-match materials.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Respectful, patient demeanor around seniors.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; prep, spackle, sand, prime, and paint.
• Repair drywall holes and patch plaster in resident units.
• Support maintenance tasks: plumbing basics, fixture replacement, carpentry.
• Perform preventive checks on common areas and exterior facades.
• Maintain safe, clean workspaces and proper storage of materials per OSHA.
