Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional painting experience; basic maintenance skills.
• Proficiency with brushes, rollers, sprayers; surface patching and drywall repair.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and prep areas across campus.
• Repair drywall, patch plaster, and touch up vacant units for turnovers.
• Assist with routine maintenance work orders and light carpentry.
• Perform preventive checks on hallways and exteriors; maintain safe, clean work areas.
