• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and ensure quality finishes.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
• Daily use of patch, caulk, sanding materials, primers and paint
• Shop setting for pre finish of doors, cabinetry, trim, and siding
• Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers (based on experience, all levels of experienced painters welcome to apply)
• Restore and maintain painted surfaces
• Full interior/exterior custom finishes
• Strong attention to detail and precision
