Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a Painter/Journeyman to prepare surfaces, select materials, and apply finishes for interior and exterior areas. The role includes surface prep, material estimation, and coordinating with other project phases to ensure timely completion.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of painting experience.
• Construction or maintenance related experience is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare surfaces to be painted, including cleaning and sanding as needed.
• Select appropriate paint materials and applying techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Remove old finishes and prep surfaces for interior or exterior painting.
• Apply coats of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer.
• Assist with ordering paint materials and estimating paint quantities.
• Coordinate schedule with other project phases and maintain inventory of supplies.
