Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Painter/Journeyman to perform surface preparation and apply finishes on interior and exterior building surfaces.

You will remove old finishes, prep surfaces, and apply primer, paint, varnish, or stain while coordinating with other project phases and maintaining supplies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years of painting experience, a valid driver's license, and is capable of lifting and performing physically

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex surface preparation and apply finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Remove old finishes and prep surfaces prior to painting.
• Select appropriate paint materials and estimate paint quantity.
• Coordinate schedule with other phases of work and maintain inventory of supplies.
