Qualifications

• Strong organizational and management skills required.
• Valid RI driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for tasks at assigned buildings daily.
• Maintain tools and supplies; ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and staff on tasks and emergencies.
• Work with residents and building team to complete repairs and turnover duties.
• Respond to emergencies and document work performed.
