Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting using brush, roller, and spray applications.
• Apply primers, sealers, stains, and specialty coatings as required.
• Prepare surfaces including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and cleaning.
• Repair drywall, plaster, and minor wood surfaces prior to painting.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and use PPE as required.
• Work across multiple properties and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.
• Coordinate with site leadership to minimize disruption to programs and residents.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of all completed work.
