Job Details

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, first shift, with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or sandblasting; fill cracks and holes; mix and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Potentially apply specialty finishes or use custom techniques.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding, follow all safety procedures, and wear proper protective gear including respirators, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
• Travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read basic instructions and blueprints, perform simple math, and solve on-site challenges.
• Comfort working at heights and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as needed.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of industrial or commercial painting experience, but training motivated candidates is available.
