Job summary

Omni Glass & Paint, LLC is seeking a delivery driver to ensure projects have the materials needed on time. You will transport supplies and equipment to job sites across Wisconsin using company vehicles and assist with loading and unloading, while maintaining a clean, organized shop.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a 21+ age, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Safety and reliability are essential in this position.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Past delivery or construction experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to work professionally with others.
  • Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
  • Forklift training available.
  • Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver supplies and equipment to worksites across the state.
  • Load and unload supplies and equipment at worksites.
  • Maintain shop organization and cleanliness.
  • Safely operate company truck and follow all laws.
  • Perform general vehicle and shop maintenance.
  • Inspect all orders prior to delivery.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Position Summary

This position plays a key role in ensuring that employees on job sites have the materials to complete the projects. This employee delivers the supplies and equipment to worksites throughout the state on a daily basis using company vehicles. They will also assist with the loading and unloading of said supplies and equipment along with maintaining shop organization and cleanliness.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Drives company truck safely, according to all laws, and with courtesy for other drivers.
  • Delivers equipment and supplies to jobsites in a timely manner to ensure work is not stopped.
  • Using pick lists loads trucks with product for delivery utilizing forklift, crane or team (training available).
  • On occasion may be tasked with picking up supplies or fuel for field employees as needed.
  • Performs general shop maintenance and puts away equipment in an organized manner.
  • Performs general vehicle maintenance.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Inspect all orders prior to delivery.
  • Hours may vary based on business need and location of delivery.
  • Continuously works in a manner to ensure safety of self and others.
  • All other duties as assigned.
