Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our warehouse and production team. Our production schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm, with a short four-hour shift every Friday. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with excellent benefits, room to grow, and a positive, team-focused environment.
As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll perform duties related to glass cutting, tempering, and handling in accordance with customer orders. All Production Laborers will be responsible for learning and working at all facility stations as required safely and productively.
This is a physical, hands-on role that involves lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. You'll be cross-trained across different workstations and work closely with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and follow written instructions. Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is preferred but not required-we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
