Responsibilities

• Smooth surfaces and remove old paint to prepare for painting.
• Scrape or sandblast surfaces as needed.
• Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk or putty.
• Mix paint for color matching and apply with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Paint interiors and exteriors, including scaffolding setup.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Overnight travel may be required to worksites in the Midwest.
