Responsibilities

• Paint Support I
  • Comply with the company/site safety rules.
  • Maintain clean work environment.
  • Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
• Paint Support II
  • All Level I responsibilities.
  • Line setting.
  • Understanding of packaged parts.
  • Communicates with material handlers and maintenance.
  • Complete supervised maintenance activities.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
• Paint Support III
  • All Level I & Level II responsibilities.
  • Sets up and runs the board.
  • Acts as trainer for department.
  • Operates with expectation of zero defects.Escalates appropriately.
  • Identifies safety hazards and actively promotes safety.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
