Job summary

REV Group is seeking an experienced Paint/Body technician to prepare, sand, buff, and finish painted vehicle exteriors. You will tape, mask, seal seams, and apply primers, ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes across REV Group products.

The role requires familiarity with automotive paint processes, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of automotive paint prep and body repair experience.
• Ability to run dual action sanders and grinders, and use hand tools.
• Know-how to mix primers and paint products.

Responsibilities

• Prep, sand, and buff painted vehicles.
• Tape and mask off surfaces to be painted.
• Seal body seams and apply body filler, then sand and finish.
• Prime areas where body filler was applied and ensure quality finish.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with 6S standards.
