Trane Technologies is seeking a team member to support our mission of delivering comfortable, sustainable climate solutions. On-site at our facility, you will help manage inventory, support production lines, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic data entry with MRP/ERP (Fourthshift). Forklift training is required and other duties as assigned.

• Use restocking list or answer production request to deliver items to the production line. Inspect product to ensure they are correct before delivering to production.
• Maintain open communication with team members. Work to help other team members as needed.
• Complete material/inventory investigations to ensure accurate physical and system representation.
• Maintain and complete Standard Work and documentation to track task accomplishment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications / Licenses:
• Computer Systems / Software: MRP/ERP (Fourthshift) preferred. Data entry and computer skills required.
• Specialized Training: Must successfully complete forklift training
