Team Lead

Minimum 4 years of experience painting residential/commercial jobs

Able to talk to customers about job process and products

Schedule jobs for the week

Supervise 2-4 employees

Work alongside crew lead by example

Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things

Painter

Minimum 1 year of experience painting residential/commercial jobs

Knowledge of job process

Spraying experience

Brush and roll experience

Masking experience

Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things

Painter Helper

No painting experience required
