Job Summary

We are seeking a great Painter with leadership skills who wants to work for a great growing company. The ideal candidate is cheerful and friendly, enjoys working in a team environment, Great personality, Respectful have knowledge on painting, GREAT WORK ETHIC, GREAT PERSONALITY, is dedicated to high-quality, efficient work and is capable of adapting to changes and communicating effectively with employees and customers. If you are bilingual is a plus. MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions, MUST Have a valid DL, MUST speak English, MUST pass a background check, 3 years of experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques


• Interact professionally with customers.


• Follow work orders.


• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary


• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks


• Inspect paint jobs for quality


• Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair 3 YEARS


• Valid driver’s license


• Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Allowed to work in the US
