Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Painter / General Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair surfaces across the facility, including walls, furniture, and equipment, with responsibilities spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

The role requires 2–3 years of related maintenance experience, flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and strong communication and hands-on skills. Woodfield offers competitive benefits and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of documented work experience directly related to maintenance activities.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Paint, maintain and repair painted surfaces, wall coverings, stained and varnished surfaces throughout facilities.
• Prepare and paint surfaces using spackle, plaster, and paint; use brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings including vinyl, fabric and foil coverings.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces.
• Manage related supply inventory.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Paint, maintain and repair painted, wall-covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture and equipment throughout the facilities
• Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools including, but not limited to, measuring surfaces, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint, matching paint and using brushes, rollers and spray-guns
• Install and repair covered wall and ceiling surfaces including, but not limited to, hanging vinyl paper, fabric and foil wall coverings
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering
• Manage related supply inventory
• Additional duties as assigned
• Two (2) to three (3) years of documented work experience directly related to maintenance activities.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
