Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas. The role operates on a 3rd shift with a base pay of $21.50 per hour plus a $1 overnight differential, supporting hotel and meeting spaces.

Key duties include finishing repairs, preventative maintenance, and safe operation of building systems. The position offers opportunities for growth within our hospitality portfolio and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Interior painting experience; patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim.
• Able to repair vinyl, faux, tile surfaces preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs finishes repairs and touch ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
• Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplishes assigned work orders, and completes repairs.
• Responsible for correct use of building systems such as Building Management System and Life Safety Systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace; inventory of tools.
• Work in a safe manner following safety protocols.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

• Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour + $1 per hour overnight differential

Essential Functions

• Performs finishes repairs and touch ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
• Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplish assigned work orders, and completes all necessary repairs relating to their expertise.
• Responsible for correct use of building systems such as Building Management System and Life Safety Systems. (training provided).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. Responsible for maintaining inventory of tools in use.
• Work in a safe manner including proper use of PPE and following safety protocols.
• Responsible for correct use of maintenance request system. Training provided.
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Must be able to properly patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, etc.
• The ability to repair vinyl, faux, tile surfaces preferred.
• Ability to use tools associated with the trade, such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
