Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Painter/Finisher for the weekend shift (Fri/Sat/Sun, 6am-6:30pm). The role involves masking, spray painting, conformal coating, part marking, encapsulation, and various finishing tasks, plus minor assembly activities to keep hot jobs moving.

Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of spray-painting experience. Reading blueprints and following work instructions are essential; NADCAP experience is preferred,

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years spray-painting experience.
• Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications.
• Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.

Responsibilities

• Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing.
• Laminating stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly.
• Remain flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.
