Job description

Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint and furniture. Touch-up and maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants. Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs. Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors. Assist in all special projects. Ability to use airless spraying equipment. Ability to mix and match colors.

Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience in all above areas. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Able to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Work any day of the week and any shift. Present a well-groomed appearance.
