Painter/Drywall Finisher

Location: This is an on-site field position based in Monroe, Louisiana. Employees will work at residential and commercial project sites throughout Monroe and surrounding Northeast Louisiana communities

Brown's Construction Services is a growing residential and commercial construction company specializing in remodeling, painting, drywall, flooring, and interior finishes. We are seeking an experienced Painter/Drywall Finisher who can confidently perform both trades. Candidates may be stronger in one area, but they must have practical experience painting and finishing drywall. This is not an entry-level position; you should be able to join the field team and contribute with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces for finishing.
• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a professional standard.
