About the Candidate
Must be a time-served apprentice with a City & Guilds Advanced Craft Painting / Decorating qualification, a valid clean driving license, and a minimum of Level 2 Maths and English or working towards these. Additionally, manual handling trained, working at heights, and first aid qualified.
About the Role
This role involves working as part of the estates team across all E.P.N.E. sites, with responsibilities including all aspects of painting, decorating, and glazing. You will assist other estates team members in delivering efficient and quality services.
Working within a multi-trade maintenance team, you will contribute to maintaining and developing a safe and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors. The position is diverse and rewarding, offering opportunities to work across various environments such as agricultural, horticultural, engineering, and zoological settings.
