Job summary

HLE Coatings, LLC is seeking a Crew Member-Painter to join a dedicated production team in Dayton, OH. This role requires bringing your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and neat, professional workmanship on residential and commercial painting projects.

Standard hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with on-site work; occasional overtime may occur. You will contribute to on-time project delivery, assist in maintaining customer satisfaction, and participate in regular

Requires valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Applicant must bring own hand tools to job site.
Adheres to safety manual and wears designated uniform.

Responsibilities

Complete projects on budget and on schedule in a pre-planned, efficient manner.
Maintain production rates at high quality levels.
Prepare tools and materials in advance for efficient project delivery.
Double check all work to prevent deficiencies and delays.
Collaborate with crew to achieve customer satisfaction surveys and high Google ratings.
Communicate professionally with customers and subcontractors; refer questions to Crew Leader.
Accurately use payroll time tracking software.
Attend daily/weekly management meetings on time and prepared.
