Job summary

Moorhousecoating is seeking a Crew Lead in Columbus, Ohio to manage a team of 2-4 painters. You will ensure quality work on residential projects, oversee on-site management, and mentor your team members.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of painting experience and at least a year of supervisory experience. Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license are essential. OSHA 10 certification is required, or you must be willing to obtain it.
