A strong work ethic and dedication to quality are essential. Responsibilities include surface preparation, painting with various applicators, and ensuring high-quality results while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• GREAT WORK ETHIC and GREAT PERSONALITY; committed to high-quality, efficient work and clear communication with employees and customers.
• Willing to adapt to changes and follow written instructions; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Must follow written instructions, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel to job sites.
• Must speak English and pass a background check; minimum 3 years of painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers with proper techniques.
• Interact professionally with customers and follow work orders.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, patching or repairing.
• Use caulk or plaster to repair holes and cracks; inspect paint jobs for quality.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean daily.

MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions.

MUST Have a valid DL.

MUST speak English.

MUST pass a background check.

Must have at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Follow work orders.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling (3 YEARS of experience minimum)
• Valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Allowed to work in the US
