CRMC in Crosby, MN is seeking a Painter‑Carpenter to maintain and enhance our healthcare facilities. The role focuses on regular maintenance, renovations, and safety compliance under OSHA and Joint Commission guidelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and administrative staff to manage work orders, minimize disruption to care, and support a 24/7 hospital environment.

Formación

• Five years of carpenter/painter experience in a hospital environment.
• ICRA Training within 1 year of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License.

A Day in the Life of a Painter Carpenter

In this role, the Painter‑Carpenter is tasked with maintaining and enhancing the physical integrity and appearance of our healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance, completing renovations, and adhering to safety and health regulations from various regulatory bodies such as OSHA and the Joint Commission. Challenges often include adhering to strict deadlines and ensuring minimal disruption to the healthcare environment. Collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and administrative staff is crucial to effectively manage and execute work orders and projects. The work structure involves both routine maintenance tasks and response to urgent repair needs, often requiring flexibility and problem‑solving skills.

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
